Payment

I receive payments through Stripe. After payment, you can choose your date and time for your appointment.

Cancellations

I understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To avoid any cancellation fees, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to reschedule, I will do my best to accommodate your new preferred time. Please contact me as soon as possible. I understand that emergencies happen, and if you have a valid reason for a late cancellation, please reach out to me, and I will consider your situation on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

No Shows

If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, the full consultation fee will be charged.

Insurance

Some insurance companies allow you to use your HSA for homeopathic consults. I recommend you check with your provider for confirmation.
